Rawlplug S.A. is the dominant entity in the Rawlplug Holding Company.
The beginnings of the company date back to the formation of Tworzywa Sztuczne – Krystyna Koelner in 1982. In 1999, under the name KOELNER S.A., the entire domestic sales and production of Tworzywa Sztuczne – Krystyna Koelner was taken over.

The dynamic growth of the Polish company resulted in its debut at the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2004.

A year later KOELNER S.A. bought the British production company Rawlplug Limited. The purchase of the British fixing market leader resulted the company’s name changing to RAWLPLUG S.A. in 2013.

The Rawlplug® brand, with over 100 years of tradition and undisputed renown in the fixing industry is
characterized by the motto “Trust & Innovation”, which perfectly fits the newly formed Rawlplug Holding Company’s strategy.
